To further this mission, the Pleasanton Cultural Arts Foundation (PCAF) was established in 2004 to take the lead role in promoting the Firehouse Arts Center. This includes raising private funding, corporate donations, and foundation grants to support the construction of the Firehouse Arts Center in downtown Pleasanton and funding ongoing arts activities in Pleasanton. The PCAF pays for scholarships and programming of the Center for Community Arts and is generously supported by grants and individual donations from community members.
Donations are tax-deductible and provide essential funding for programs, scholarships, arts promotion and foundation expenses throughout the year. The Firehouse Arts Center is a focal point that stimulates the economic growth and vitality of downtown Pleasanton.
